Getting there by air
Adelaide has its own airport, just 5 miles from the centre of town (and the Uni). Adelaide's public transport (Adelaide Metro) offers a JetExpress bus to/from the airport/city, taking about 20 minutes. The nearest stop to the venue is G2/T3 on Grenfell St (see our map).
There is also a taxi rank at the airport. Please note a $2 levy is added to fares for taxis leaving the airport.
Getting there by car from Melbourne
This is a stunning two-three day drive up the Great Ocean Road, and a recommended addition to your conference itinerary. If you don't wish to drive yourself, many tourist buses ply the route. See Visit South Australia website for more details.
Travelling around Adelaide
There is reasonable cycling provision (including a route from the airport - the Linear Park Bike Path) - view this cyclists' map for more info.
BikeSA offers daily free bicycle hire, or bicycles for multiple days for a small fee. Bikes can be picked up from multiple locations around the city. Helmets and locks are provided.
